ABERGELE 15 - 0 NEWTOWN

On a day when Mother Nature tried to do her worst, Abergele produced their best performance and result of the season to date. With a bleak record behind them, Gele looked to take the game to their mid Wales visitors from the moment referee Ceirion Parry blew his first whistle. The Gele pack were determined to make up for their recent disappointments and looked to take the game to their opposite eight from the off. Newtown struggled to get out of their own half as the heavy conditions meant any relieving clearance kicks didn't carry too far up the pitch. Such was the vigour in the Gele .....
